Amsterdam Cafe

It is overpriced for the food and service you receive. I used to work for the owners at another establishment they own. They cut corners all the way around. Be it food costs or cleaning. They are cheap and crooked people. I would never spend a dime at Amsterdam Cafe or the Moores Mill Club.

they strive for elegance and succeed to some degree, but this is certainly not the best restaurant in town in terms of the food. ambience is pleasant enough, and clientele is often a bit more sophisticated than at some other places in town.

China Palace is the best around here, they serve Asian fusion- chineese, thai, and even a sushi bar. Unbeatable sesame chicken, and the thai cashew chicken and spring rolls with peanut sauce is a must!

Just a little bit out of the way but well worth the trip. The food is great and the prices are hard to beat. This place offers live music and has the nicest salad bar around.
